Nethra Vidyalaya Junior College is situated in a peaceful and holistic location, JIVA campus in Shamshabad, Hyderabad, India. The college provides students an environment for empowering themselves to be more confident by enhancing their communication skills, technical capabilities, academic strength, and excellence in several co-curricular activities. The administration and faculty put their hearts into enriching the experience of each student. The ratio of faculty student is 1:25 and therefore proves to be a favourite place for all outgoing students from Nethra Vidyalaya School.
The Nethra Vidyalaya Junior College was established on 31st August 2007 at Kukatpally, Hyderabad following requests from several students who successfully completed 10th class. It was later shifted to the current location.

Junior college affiliated by Board of intermediate education . We offer H.E.C & C.E.C groups for Intermediate students .
The students completing their intermediate in the college are able to successfully move to further studies by applying to Nethra Vidyalaya Degree College that is in the same campus as the Junior college.

Highlights:

• Introduced academic education using computers.
• Students are trained to write their intermediate board and degree exams on laptops without the help of scribes (helpers).
• AP Board of Intermediate permitted student examinations on laptops for blind students based on the recommendations & norms formulated by our college.
1st batch graduated in 2009 with 100% success rate and has maintained the same success rate till date.

Who can Join?
Any student who has successfully passed out of Class X is eligible to join. The student must have 40% or more blindness to apply for the admission.
