15th July 2017 marks ‘Green Day’ at Nethra Vidyalaya where students happily planted trees on the eve of Harithaharam.
- All the degree and Intermediate college students participated in the program;
- All visually challenged students and faculty participated in this program with full enthusiasm.
- Students borrowed certain models like Avenue Plantation, Block Plantation and Institutional Plantation for the plantation program.
- Telangana Haritha Haram is a flagship program of the Telangana Government which envisages increasing the present 24% tree cover in the State to 33% of the total geographical area and Nethra Vidyalaya proudly takes part in the great initiative!
