Nethra Vidyalaya, School for Blind, located in Varija Asramam, conducted a workshop on thread bangle making and glass painting. Children showed at most interest and coloured these beautiful paintings. They also prepared thread bangles with the help of teachers. Smt.Mani Garu gave tips to the children and guided them in making these items.
The school is also conducting remedial classes for all children after completing their annual exams, focusing more on braille reading and writing. Lot of improvement is seen in some students in these ten days.The teachers are planning to continue the same for perfection.
