Highlights of the PG Entrance results of the students March 2013

  1. Ranganna   – Central University, Hyderabad.
  2. Eswar Rao  –  I.E.T., Srikakulam.
  3. Sai Kumar  – Selected for PG (Political Science), S.K.U.University, Ananthapur. P.G. (M.Com) 152nd Rank, Osamania University, Hyderabad.
  1. Prajwala Rani – Selected for P.G. (M.A.History ) 22nd Rank Andhra University, Vizag.

Students Participated in various events

Apart from national festivals such as Independence day & Republic day every year, the World Braille day celebrated by  Nethra Vidyalaya since 2008. The World Braille walkathon was conducted at Kukatpally at Hyderabad on 4th January 2010. About 6 Km distance was covered by our students & staff.

A festival of Lights Kartheeka Deepostava for World Peace was celebrated at Nizam College grounds Hyderabad organized by our students. Lakhs of people including many prominent personalities attended and appreciated.

Yuva Jana Kadambam

All India Radio, Hyderabad recorded student youth musical program during the last 3 years and was students give highly inspiring cultural programs.

 Bhagvadgitha Competititions 

Students of NVJC/ NVDC participated in the Bhagvadgitha competitions and secured prizes in recitations and elocution etc.

South Zone Championship     

Mr. Suresh and Rambabu of 2nd year inter participated in South Zone cricket championship held in Novemeber  2010  at Chennai for Visually Handicapped challenged and they were key players responsible for the winning team.

College Day

Every year students &staff celebrate college day on 31st August. Recently 5th Annual Day celebrated 31st August 2012 in the college premises.

Sriman N.Kiran Kumar Reddy, Chief minister of A.P, was Chief Guest and 7 Cabinet ministers, M.L.A.’s, Collecter of Ranga Reddy District and Prominent personalities were present H.H.Swamiji presided over the function. All the dignitaries appreciated the efforts of H.H.Swamiji for the great cause of visually challenged children.

  Bio- Diversity Conference

Our students have taken part in the cultural programs at the Bio- Diversity conference held at Madhapur, Hyderabad on 14th October 2012 at Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad.
